What If I need Additional Hours to ensure a project is completed?

Additional Hours are available upon request from Quantum Agents, It may be a adviseable to either offer it as overtime or to hire a second agent short term to cover the hours. We will liaise directly with your agent to see if they are able to perform the overtime. For Reference the overtime rate is the standard hourly rate + 50% (aka Time and a half)

What If My Agent Is Sick?

My Agent does not have the skills I need, What do I do?

What If I do not like my agent?

If you are for some reason unhappy with your agent, We will happily swap out the agent through the course of the month with a different agent of the same skillset, Unfortunately due to the way our pay structure works, we are unable provide refunds for incomplete months. If you have purchased a discounted rate package (over 1 month at a time) then we will happily refund you any unused months, however used months will be charged at the full monthly rate, and not the discounted rate.

I need x weeks of one service, and x weeks of another service - what can I Do?
